AlkaLime® is a precisely-balanced alkaline mineral and essential oil powder formulated to safely balance the acidity of the digestive system.* This is important because a balanced pH allows the body to maintain vigor and health. Stir 1 teaspoon in 8 ounces of distilled water and drink immediately. Mix only with water. Take one to three times daily, one hour before meals or retiring to bed as an aid in alkalizing.*


Alkalime is a great product to quickly bring the body back into a more alkalinized state. I have used Alkalime when my pH is too low and within a two to three days my pH is back to normal range.

I use pH testing strips first thing in the morning and make note of my progress.

Once I have reached my goal pH level, I add just a pinch to each glass of water I drink throughout the day.

Do you know what the average pH level of the human body is? The average range is between 6.4 and 7.5. Numbers lower than 6.4 indicate acidic body chemistry, higher numbers indicate alkaline.

There are two basic tenets: 1) All disease and toxins are acidic; 2) Bacteria, viruses, and parasites die when exposed to high alkaline environments.
