Roll-Ons

Young Living has come up with a new way to apply essential oils. Six roll-ons are available:

Breathe Again: Breathe Again™ Essential Oil Roll-On is a proprietary blend of oils specially formulated to support respiratory health. Breathe Again contains four powerful eucalyptus oils: Eucalyptus staigeriana, Eucalyptus globulus, Eucalyptus radiata, and Young Living's original Ecuador single, Eucalyptus blue. Eucalyptus oils contain high amounts of cineole, which has been studied for its potential to support healthy lung function. The essential oils peppermint, myrtle, and copaiba also play an integral part in this blend.

Deep Relief: Deep Relief Essential Oil Roll is a proprietary blend of oils specially formulated to relieve muscle soreness and tension. Peppermint, Wintergreen, Copal, and Palo Santo essential oils as well as others play an integral part of healing in this blend.

Rutavala: Young Living's RutaVaLa Roll-On is a proprietary blend of Ruta graveolens (rue), lavender, and valerian essential oils that promotes relaxation of the body and mind, soothes stressed nerves, and induces sleep.*

Stress Away: This unique blend of vanilla, lime, copaiba, and other pure essential oils relieves daily stress, encourages relaxation, and reduces nervous tension.*

Tranquil: Tranquil essential oil roll on is a proprietary blend of lavender, cedarwood and roman chamomile essential oils formulated to calm and relax the body and mind. Using the new roll on application, Tranquil provides convenient and portable relaxation.

Valor: Valor® Essential Oil Roll-On is an empowering combination of therapeutic-grade essential oils that works with both the physical and spiritual aspects of the body to increase feelings of strength, courage, and self-esteem in the face of adversity. Renowned for its strengthening qualities, Valor enhances an individual's internal resources. It has also been found to help energy alignment in the body.

Lavender Lip Balm

Lavender Lip Balm is gentle to the skin. Olivia is almost six months old and still sometimes nicks her skin with with nails. I put just a smidge of lavender lip balm over the scratch and it usually heals in 24 hours. She's close to teething and has the chapped baby drool chin. I swiped the lip balm over her chin and shortly afterwards the chapped, dark pink skin has changed back to healthy looking skin.

Pregnancy, Labor and Essential Oils

I have come to appreciate that Young Living Essential Oils are Therapeutic Grade which means they are higher quality than oils used in the perfume and food industry, contain no chemicals, additives or substitutes. I can safely use these oils knowing that each batch is tested for purity and potency. I have successfully used these oils to help with burns, sunburn, insomnia, thyroid, mold & mildew, and most recently with my pregnancy, labor and newborn baby girl. These are the Young Living products that I used while pregnant, the night of labor and delivery, ongoing breastfeeding and care of my five month old baby girl:

Essential Oils:
Clary Sage – May have helped shorten length of labor, prevented stalled labor
Gratitude – This blend of oils calmed my mind and soothed anxiousness of being a first time mom
Lavender – Overall the most useful oil, helping reduce fibroids, calming uterine contractions, nurturing to skin
Fennel – A drop in a glass of water or applied topically on breasts help support and increase milk supply
Ginger – Used in first trimester to calm a queasy stomach
Clara Derm – Great for skin, applied to perineum, cradle cap – sprayable Myrrh oil
Citrus Fresh – Citrus blend added to my drinking water for a fresh taste and help with gallbladder issues
JuvaFlex – Applied over liver area to help support both liver and gallbladder
Peace and Calming – Lovely scented oil that helps soothe frayed nerves, great for fussy babies
Purification – Diffused to add a fresh clean scent to the house, takes itch out of bug bites
Thieves – Diffused and applied to bottoms of my feet to help kill germs resulting in a cold & flu-free winter

Nutritional Products:
Power Meal – A Fantastic protein powder drink that went down easily throughout pregnancy. This provides excellent nutrition, easily digestible protein, and helps build strong muscles [Protein]
NingXia Red – A nutrient dense functional drink that tastes great [Fruits]
Multigreens – A greens supplement in capsule form [Veggies]

Cleaning Products:
Thieves cleaner – Powerful cleaner for countertops, bathrooms, windows, laundry
Hand sanitizer – Non-alcohol based hand sanitizer with the power of several essential oils
Spray – Handy spray that travels well in a purse. Easy to use on door knobs, phones, shopping cart handles

Personal Care Products:
Tender Tush – Used topically over abdomen during pregnancy to help prevent stretch marks. Used on baby’s bottom to help prevent and treat diaper rash.
Thieves toothpaste – Fluoride and chemical free
Lavender shampoo and hand lotion – Gentle action, soothing fragrance
Rose ointment – Skin abrasions
Bar Soap – Soft on the skin, lovely fragrance and no soapy residue

Lavender Essential Oil

Lavender is an all-around essential oil. Lavender's calming properties help relax me during the day without making me feel sleepy. It is soothing on the skin after sunburn or other burns. It helps muscles relax. It has anti-cancer and anti-tumor properties. Applying Lavender oil to my abdomen may havr been the reason twelve uterine fibroids are now just two small fibroids.
